All new extension clients begin with a complimentary consultation. This is not a formality. It is where we get to know your hair, your lifestyle, how you wear your hair day to day, and what you are hoping to achieve. We check your hair and scalp to make sure extensions are suitable for you, recommend the method and amount that will best suit your needs, walk through the colours we think will blend most beautifully, and explain everything you need to know about maintenance.
We also check whether any colour work would help create a more seamless blend, because our colour expertise is a big part of what makes our extension results look so natural.

Our Extension Methods
Micro Weft Extensions
Micro weft extensions (sometimes called genius weft) are one of the finest, most seamless weft extensions available on the market. The seam is exceptionally fine, which means we can stack multiple panels of hair together to create maximum volume without bulk at the roots. Unlike traditional wefts, our micro weft has no fringe section, meaning no short, spiky hairs below the seam that can feel itchy or uncomfortable.
Our micro weft is fine but incredibly strong and flexible, allowing us to fully customise the application to suit your individual head shape and hair density. It is suitable for finer hair types and, when used purely for volume, is almost completely undetectable with a beautifully seamless blend. Our micro weft is 22 inches in length.
Invisible Tape Extensions
Our invisible tape extensions use individually hand-injected hair at the tape seam, creating an exceptionally flawless result that sits flat against the head and blends seamlessly with your natural hair. These are the most refined tape extensions available and the difference in quality compared to standard tape extensions is immediately visible.
Our tapes are 20 inches in length. Tape extensions are available in smaller quantities, making them a great option for targeted volume, filling gaps, or adding thickness to the front and sides of the hair.
Our Hair
All of our hair extensions are exclusively sourced and salon-manufactured. We have full control over the quality, the colour range, and the consistency of every strand we install. Our extensions are available in a wide range of solid colours, soft dimensional mixes, foil designs and balayage designs. They are intermixable and can be colour matched to suit almost any hair colour, including vivid and pastel shades.
Most of our clients get between 9 and 12 months from their extensions with proper care and maintenance. Some of our team have worn theirs for up to 18 months. We tested them that long because we wanted to be absolutely sure of the longevity before we put them in our clients' hair.

Micro Weft Maintenance (Move Up)
As your natural hair grows, your extensions need to be repositioned. We call this a move up. Regular move ups every 6 to 8 weeks keep everything looking seamless and protect the health of your natural hair underneath.

Tape Maintenance (Re-tape)
Tape extensions need to be removed, cleaned, re-taped and reapplied. Your hair is also washed and dried as part of this appointment.

Extension Colouring
We are experienced in colouring hair extensions to match virtually any hair colour, including vivid and pastel shades. Extension colouring is an additional service and priced on application.
Removal
We offer extension removal services for both reinstalls and removal only. Just get in touch and we will take care of everything from there.
If your extensions were installed elsewhere, we are happy to remove them. We always assess and quote first, as outside installations can sometimes take longer to remove safely. Please call or message us before booking a removal for extensions done at another salon.
Preparing For Your Appointment
Please arrive to all extension appointments with clean, dry hair unless we have advised otherwise. This applies to both installs and maintenance appointments.
We recommend extensions be maintained every 6 to 8 weeks to keep your natural hair and scalp in the best possible health. We will book your next maintenance appointment before you leave so it is already locked in.
We send every new extension client home with a guide on how to care for their hair, and we will always walk you through styling tips during your appointment so you feel confident from day one.
