Eclectic Styles Hair Studio – Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Policy At Eclectic Styles, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to support our team in delivering exceptional service, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following terms.
Appointments & Booking
• All appointments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Unsure which services to book? Please call or visit us for a complimentary consultation — we’re happy to help.
Deposits To secure your appointment, the following deposit structure applies: Appointment Type --- Deposit Required Services over 1 hour --- $50 Services over 2 hours --- $100 New clients booking over 4 hours --- 50% of total service cost *Appointments requiring special orders or outside normal hours --- 50% of total service cost (non-refundable & non-transferable) *Hair extension services --- 50% of total service quote (non-refundable & non-transferable)
• Deposits are not refundable. However, they may be transferred to a new appointment or service if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure a future booking. • If a gift voucher was used in place of a deposit, the equivalent amount will be redeemed from the voucher in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
• Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows will also result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• If you reduce your services on the day of your appointment, the full amount of the originally booked services may still be charged, as that time was reserved for you.
Late Arrivals
• We understand that life happens and will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals.
• However, if you arrive too late to complete your full service, we may need to adjust the services provided to fit the remaining time. In this case, the originally booked service will still be charged.
• If you arrive too late for any service to be performed, your appointment will be rescheduled, and your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Appointment Reminders
• We send a courtesy reminder 72 hours before your appointment via SMS or email.
• Please note: this is a courtesy only. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment time.
Emergencies & Compassionate Consideration We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an emergency or serious illness, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While our policies are in place to protect our team’s time and livelihood, we will always do our best to approach each situation with compassion and flexibility where appropriate.
